This fascinating personality system and training programs built on it by establishing a common colorful language will help the participants to discover the versatile personalities and demands, to adapt to different communication situations, and thus improve their interpersonal relationships and cooperation.
Communication is most effective if it considers the partner’s needs, expectations and is adapted to the partner’s personal style. Everyone is individual; the style, the expectations and needs differ from person to person. Our program helps to reveal how we can get to know more about ourselves and others and how we can use this knowledge to communicate more effectively. One of the major strengths of Insights Discovery System is that it is elaborate and complex, at the same time its language is easy to understand, thus the participants can quickly and effectively grasp the concept and apply the knowledge they acquired at the training.
All participants fill in the Insights Evaluator before the courses, based on which the Insights Discovery Personal Profiles are generated for each participant. Using this Personal Profile, the program enables individuals to understand their own personality better, to identify other types of personalities, and to adapt to different communication needs. The introduction of the Insights’ four color energies – Fiery Red, Sunshine Yellow, Earth Green and Cool Blue – create a memorable common language and a framework on which participants can base their interactions in the future.

- „Our company employs approximately 100 people. Besides operating two foundries we are active in trading metal as well. DEVELOR, this year (2009), carried out the Leadership Academy program for our managers and a Sales skills training for our sales managers. - "The assignment was about to attain the Customer Satisfaction Survey; screening 90 companies, from 18 countries in 10 languages; and to prepare valuable feedback analysing both qualitative and quantitative. Develor is used to run surveys measuring the Satisfaction, Engagement, Motivation or Retention levels. Therefore, we felt it had the necessary capacity and knowhow to meet our expectations. - „Develor Bulgaria delivered a training with subject ’Successful Project Managers’ on the 9th and 10th of November 2010 for employees who are project managers besides their jobs as engineers. They have also realized a series of projects for communication skills for introducting employees at the end of year 2008… The training put accent on practical exercise and finished with feedbacks from participants whose satisfaction with the training was very high. There was homework in the form of a questionnaire in which they had the chance to recollect and assimilate fundamental moments from the training. Within the first week after the training we have observed participants applying concrete elements from the training in everyday work. We consider that the training was helpful and plan to upgrade on this base with training after 6 to 8 months.”
