360° feedback is a diagnostic tool where the evaluated persons can get a comprehensive feedback about their leadership and professional competencies and behavior which – due to lack of time or for other reasons – they would hardly get during the daily work.
DURING A 360 FEEDBACK PROCESS competences are evaluated on the basis of their appearance in everyday working situations, by the direct manager, subordinates and peers of the evaluated persons. The approach we recommend grasps the individual competences and their level through the existence of pre-defined actions, i.e. through skills. That means that respondents do not have to define the extent to which the participant possesses a certain competence, but has to identify the observation of the acts that come under that particular competence, and the frequency of their occurrence. When selecting the evaluated competences can fully accomodate to the Client’s existing competency model, thanks to our flexible oline system.

- „Zentiva a.s. cooperates with Develor since middle 2005 winning in a regular tender. - „Our company employs approximately 100 people. Besides operating two foundries we are active in trading metal as well. DEVELOR, this year (2009), carried out the Leadership Academy program for our managers and a Sales skills training for our sales managers. Both programs were based on the training needs analysis and were tailor-made to our circumstances and environment. - „Develor Bulgaria delivered a training with subject ’Successful Project Managers’ on the 9th and 10th of November 2010 for employees who are project managers besides their jobs as engineers. They have also realized a series of projects for communication skills for introducting employees at the end of year 2008… The training put accent on practical exercise and finished with feedbacks from participants whose satisfaction with the training was very high.
